He Came, He Saw, He Con...'ed!!!
This post is in loving memory of my beloved Phone...which was flicked on 10th November'2006, 11:15Am....outside my college...from right UNDER MY NOSE!!!The final moments with my phone were as follows: (Watch And Learn)
--> I was at the print out waala...to take....well... print-outs (DUH!)
--> As usual... i had the phone and my wallet in my hand...and kept it on the keyborad of the comp i was working on.
--> A decently dressed young man entered the shop (Mother of Confusion here... the shopkeeper thought he came to see us ..so he let him in. And we thought he works for the shop ..so we let him be)
--> He kept a book on the keyboard..and a paper saying " He was dumb and was collecting funds for survival..pls donate and register". We realised he was begging and respectfully declined!
--> And he simply walked off... with MY PHONE from under the book.
Then all that Jazz... got my buddy(Thank u) to block my number...went to the police station where they interrogated the shop owner and proved that he was an ASS .
and the Ass was made to pay me some Moolah ....50% of the market price of my phone (Nokia 6260). Talk about Instant Justice. Supposedly ...NOBODY ever gets instant compensation for LOST property.... which is also partially cuz of my negligence!(craaaapp... im accepting my fault.....i MUST BE DEPRESSED)
I dint realise....when my Gujju Friend Rashi ( need i say more) initiated the Compensation Talk...when the Inspector took it from there...and in 15 mins ....LO BEHOLD... easiest 5000 bux EVER!!!!!
Now y am i being so Touchy about this phone!!! About a Phone which i have simply under-utulised for the past 1.5 years!!! im feeling bad about losing a phone having the features i have NEVER used???? Why Lord Why!!!
My favourite mode..Retrospection!!!! the reason its pricking me so much... is cuz its my Bozo Brothers 1st gift after he got his KICK ASS job... and im DAAAAAAAAAAM touchy about gifts ( yeaa yeaa... im 1 of the people who keep gift wrappers et all..... NOT FOR REUSE....mind it!).
Also...the phone was My watch...My Reminder(which Lord knows ... I NEED)...My Alarm....My Calculator....My Notepad ...and all other trivial stuff....which i had got sooo used to... that now i feel handicapped.
I frankly miss it... i feel its still ringing at some corner of my house!! i miss how it used to fall off the bed while ringing+vibrating!!!
May its Battery Rest in Peace! And May LIGHTNING STRIKE THE BUGGER!!!
PS: Which phone should i buy... pls feel free to suggest!!!!!

Well think if thinner had kissed and hugged you ...you would have needed a vat of reallllll thinner to getit off..and countless bath..and some hypnotists wonder to erase that memory from ur mind..think think think ...shudder!!!!

that was a freakinnnnnnn 300$ phone ....... aaaahhhhhhhhhhhh! and u sold it for 5000 Rs. ?? forget about the 100 applications on that nokia.. U didnt even use uska 1yr warranty completely mannnnnn !
ok simple bollywood story.. the print guy is milaowed with the bad guy.. the print guy keeps u busy.. while the bad guy comes ..sees and conquers.. the print guy plays an oscar winning role right after.. the cops know this old story.. asks print guy to pay u .. and then latr get paid himself.. the print guy finally becomes the hero by giving u 5K instant cash.. while the print guy + bad guy = The Team, re-furbish the phone for a good 250$ in the market....and live happily ever after.
oh whatever.. u just got lucky neways.. Xmas is near.. hehehe..
